A. Your CPA is probably looking at the same data that I just received which shows the number of million dollar homes in the Jacksonville market is on the decline. This number has progressively decreased and is down 58.17% over the same period in 2022. So what does all this mean for you? With inventory on the decline and Florida being the number one destination state for out of town buyers, start packing...2023 is your year to sell. Good luck.
