Team or Single Agent?

Q.  I never hear from the agent I hired to list my home, only his team team member. What can I do?

A.  The team concept is becoming very popular in real estate so please don't take it personally,  However, before you hire a Realtor ask who will you be your point of contact. Then request a meeting with that person before you sign on the dotted line.  If you're hiring a team, you have the right to know who will be handling your transaction.  I've heard of some teams where the home seller never deals with the Realtor once the listing agreement has been signed.  This can be very frustrating if you were expecting a certain level of communication and service with one specific individual.  I would suggest speaking with your Realtor to express your concerns. Good luck.
