Stay Well During Showings
Q. I'm selling my home and concerned about buyers coming in during cold and flu season. What can I do to stay well?
A. Before showing property we always ask our buyers if they are pre-qualified but we never ask if they are sick. So upon meeting prospective buyers and their Realtors, avoid shaking hands. Have hand sanitizer and wipes available for your visitors. Disinfect anything they may have touched such as the lockbox, doorknobs, door bell, counters and hand rail. And asking visitors to remove their shoes and to not use the restroom adds additional precautions. Good luck and stay well.
