Should You Replace Fogged Windows?

Updated: Jul 29, 2019

Q.  I'm preparing my home for sale and have some fogged windows. Do I need to replace them?

A.  Fogged windows are very common and easy to remedy.  But before you spend any money I would suggest meeting with a Realtor who services your area to look at your options.  If homes for sale in your area are newer construction, then it may be a better option to install new windows rather than just repairing the fogged glass to give you a competitive advantage once you're on the market.  Or if your home is being sold 'as is', then putting money into remedying the fogged windows may not be prudent.  I cover these topics and many more in my free guide "Things to Consider When Selling Your Home". You may download your free guide at www.jaxsellers.com.  Good luck.
