List Now or Wait?

Updated: Apr 11

Q.  Should I list my home now or wait until the virus is over?

A.  In my professional opinion, unless you have a serious need to list now or your home has an attribute that is in high demand such as a pool, I would wait unless you have already moved out and your home is vacant.  With most of the country ordered to stay home, your buyer activity would be dramatically reduced. But if you do decide to list now, you and your Realtor are required to follow the CDC guidelines for safe home showings such as holding no in-person showings, limit in-person activity and observing social distancing guidelines. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, invest or rent, RE/MAX is here for you. From virtual showings and electronic contracts, to e-signatures and remote offers, we'll work hard to find the options to meet your specific needs while exceeding all safety concerns. Stay well.
